At The Joint Chiropractic, we provide world-class service to every patient and are looking for someone passionate about health and wellness to join our team. We offer medical and dental benefits and are seeking a driven individual with a winning attitude and at least one year of sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Gain memberships to meet sales goals
- Greet members and patients upon arrival
- Check members and patients in to see the Chiropractor
- Answer phone calls
- Engage inactive members
- Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions
- Support team goals and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organize the workspace
- Keep management informed of member concerns and follow policies, procedures, and directions from managers
- Willingly accept constructive criticism and use it as a learning tool
- Perform office management or marketing experience a plus
- Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Requirements
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Complete transactions using point of sale software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
Have strong phone and computer skills
Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients
Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner
Qualifications
Driven to climb the company ladder
Have a passion for health and wellness and love sales
Love working in a fast-paced, fun environment
