Responsibilities

  • Create exceptional first impressions by delivering Legendary Hospitality to every resident, family member, guest, and vendor.
  • Serve as the hub of daily community operations, balancing front desk responsibilities, incoming calls, resident needs, and administrative priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Manage multiple administrative and operational responsibilities while maintaining exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cook up resident transportation by managing schedules, appointments, community outings, and last-minute changes with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Partner closely with Drivers and community leaders to quickly solve scheduling challenges and ensure transportation services run smoothly while keeping residents at the center of every decision.
  • Adapt to changing priorities throughout the day, responding to unexpected requests with a positive attitude, sound judgment, and a solutions-focused mindset.

Requirements

  • Experience in reception, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • A heart for serving others and creating meaningful experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling tools.
  • Senior living, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds.

Pay

  • $15.00 per hour.

Schedule

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
