About the role

The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk area.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage visitor check-ins and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
