About the role
The Front Desk Coordinator is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the front desk area.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage visitor check-ins and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining records.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment.
