Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain and direct a high volume of incoming calls appropriately
  • Greet incoming clients and ensure they are directed to where they need to go and who they are meeting with in a friendly manner
  • Answer basic inquiries, route calls to appropriate personnel and take messages as necessary
  • Perform other duties such as
  • Maintain schedule for on-site conference rooms
  • Mail room functions
  • Create badges for new employees
  • Stocking Coffee areas
  • Order catering/office supplies
  • Provide administrative support as needed
  • A variety of other related duties as requested

Education & Experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-end service industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to respond calmly and handle many customer demands in a fast paced environment
  • Passionate attention to detail and ability to work in a team atmosphere
  • Perform in a high paced business environment
  • High ethical standards and integrity, along with a proven ability to pivot when necessary
  • Exceptional attention to detail
