About the role

At The Joint Chiropractic, we provide world-class service to every one of our patients and are seeking a driven, goal-oriented individual to join our team. This position supports 3 clinics, primarily Brentwood and Washington.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent services to members and patients.
• Greet members and patients upon arrival and check them in to see the Chiropractor.
• Answer phone calls and engage with inactive members.
• Stay updated on membership options, packages, and promotions.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organize the workspace.
• Confidently present and sell memberships and visit packages.
• Communicate effectively with members and patients.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in an organized manner.
• Support team goals and create positive relationships with team members.
• Recognize and support team goals and create and maintain positive relationships with team members.
• Be willing to learn and grow, accepting constructive criticism as a learning tool.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Have at least one year of previous sales experience.
• Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
