The Front Desk Agent (Guest Service Agent) position at Hyatt Regency Waikiki Beach Resort and Spa is an On-Call role. This position is based in the heart of Waikiki, near Waikiki Beach, and plays a crucial role in providing personalized services and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests during the arrival and check-in process
• Provide information about the Resort, Restaurants, Spa, and surrounding areas
• Ensure guests have a memorable and satisfying stay

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests
• Ability to interact with a diverse clientele
• Open availability, including overnights and weekends
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous hotel experience preferred
• Able to work a variety of shifts including holidays
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Pay

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $28.67 - $35.84.
