Responsibilities

  1. Warmly welcoming and checking in guests according to Marriott standards
  2. Answering calls with professionalism (within 3 rings!)
  3. Handling guest requests, complaints, and special needs with confidence and care
  4. Managing room assignments, availability, and group activities
  5. Processing accurate check-outs and payments
  6. Balancing your cash bank and keeping it secure
  7. Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  8. Generating and distributing daily reports
  9. Following all policies for payment, credit, and cash handling
  10. Other duties as assigned

  • Loves working with people and solving problems on the spot
