Responsibilities
- Warmly welcoming and checking in guests according to Marriott standards
- Answering calls with professionalism (within 3 rings!)
- Handling guest requests, complaints, and special needs with confidence and care
- Managing room assignments, availability, and group activities
- Processing accurate check-outs and payments
- Balancing your cash bank and keeping it secure
- Communicating effectively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Generating and distributing daily reports
- Following all policies for payment, credit, and cash handling
- Other duties as assigned
