About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
- Managing room reservations and availability
- Handling guest inquiries and complaints
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
