About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcoming guests and assisting with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Managing room reservations and availability
  • Handling guest inquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
  • Processing payments and handling cash transactions

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in hospitality or related field preferred
  • Previous experience in a front desk or guest service role

Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
