Responsibilities

• Interact with guests during their entire stay, from arrival to check-out.
• Provide information about the resort, restaurants, spa, and surrounding areas to ensure an exceptional experience.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience with direct interaction with guests.
• Ability to interact with a diverse clientele.
• Open availability, including overnights and weekends.
• Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
• Able to work a variety of shifts, including holidays.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Pay

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $28.67 - $35.84.
