About the role

General Hotels Corporation has an immediate opening for a Part Time Front Desk Agent (3pm-11pm) to join our hotel team!

Responsibilities

  • Greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel
  • Checking guests in and out of the hotel
  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails
  • Aiding guests with any questions or concerns they may have
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest information and room assignments
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Ensuring that the front desk area is clean and organized

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Proficiency in using hotel front desk software and equipment
  • Basic math skills
