Responsibilities
- Prospect, develop, and manage freight accounts across the Eastern U.S.
- Match shipper freight with carrier capacity using the company’s network and asset division.
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers, leveraging expertise in temperature-controlled freight.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with shippers and carriers.
- Proactively communicate on load status, issues, and solutions.
- Operate independently while collaborating with support teams.
Requirements
- Experienced freight brokers or sales professionals with an existing book of business.
- Entrepreneurs and self-starters with brokerage or fleet operations experience.
- Relationship-driven mindset with a focus on long-term partnerships.
Pay
