Framing Manager
About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art. Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in crafting memorable framing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Coach and develop the team's selling behaviors.
- Plan and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time, collaborating with the Store Manager.
- Achieve individual and team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Interview, onboard, coach, observe, and train new team members; support talent development activities; participate in performance management activities of your team; utilize leadership competencies for continued self-development.
- Interact with MOD’s daily on framing and other framer responsibilities.
- Engage positively and respectfully with others; promote organizational vision and values; project a positive image and serve as a role model for others.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to ensure compliance with standards and budget.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs to maintain a safe environment.
- Engage with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes.
Requirements
Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience and retail management experience are preferred. Experience leading a sales team is required.
Qualifications
Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching. Ability to stand for long periods. Lifting heavy boxes and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $17.50 - $23.00. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation in accordance with state and local laws.
Schedule
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
