About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art.
Responsibilities
- Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
- Develop and coach the team on selling behaviors.
- Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
- Achieve and manage team KPIs, including sales and production workload.
- Manage inventory and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Interview, on-board, train, and support new Team members; participate in performance management activities.
- Collaborate with MODs on framing and other tasks.
- Interact positively with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, standing for long periods, and working in various environments.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous custom framing experience preferred.
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Experience leading a sales team.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.

Pay
