About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art. Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in crafting memorable framing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage team adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and Company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Coach the team on selling behaviors and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
- Achieve and manage team Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Manage and execute inventory management processes as assigned.
- Manage and execute shrink and safety programs.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Interview, on-board, coach, observe, and train new Team members; support Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Management activities of your team; utilize leadership competencies for self-development.
- Interact with MOD’s daily on framing and other tasks.
- Remain positive and respectful in all interactions; promote organizational vision and values; serve as a role model.
- Participate in truck un-loading and stocking processes.
- Follow SOPs and Company programs; maintain a safe environment.
- Assist customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
- Support Omni-channel processes.
Requirements
Basic computer skills. Previous custom framing experience preferred. Retail management experience and previous leadership of a sales team are preferred. Ability to move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous custom framing experience preferred. Retail management experience and previous leadership of a sales team are preferred. Ability to move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.

Pay
$18.25 - $23.30 per hour
Schedule
