About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art.
Responsibilities
- Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
- Develop and coach the team to sell effectively.
- Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
- Achieve and manage team KPIs, including sales and production workload.
- Manage inventory and execute shrink and safety programs as assigned.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Interview, onboard, coach, observe, and train new Team members; support Talent Development activities; participate in Performance Management activities.
- Collaborate with MODs daily on framing and other tasks.
- Interact positively with colleagues and customers, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform necessary tasks such as unloading trucks, stocking, and assisting customers.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes to meet budgetary and operational standards.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous custom framing experience preferred.
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Experience leading a sales team.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, standing for long periods, moving throughout the store, and accessing high shelves by ladder or similar equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
$16.00 - $22.20 per hour.
