About the role
The Founding Partnerships Lead will be responsible for building and maintaining strategic partnerships that drive brand awareness and engagement. This role will work closely with the marketing team to identify, develop, and execute partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Identify, research, and evaluate potential partners to ensure alignment with the company's values and mission.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute partnership strategies that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key partners to ensure mutual success and growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to partnership development and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in partnership development and management, preferably within the technology or digital marketing sectors.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with AI tools and their integration into the hiring process is a plus.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.

Pay
- $80,000 - $100,000 annually.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
