Network Growth
You will build new partner and vendor relationships from scratch while also owning and scaling existing relationships.
Consensus Building
You will act as an expert negotiator who can identify friction points in partnerships and quickly turn them into mutually beneficial opportunities.
Strategic Execution
You will manage the partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and contract negotiation through technical integration and long-term maintenance.
Ruthless Prioritization
You will prioritize the highest impact partnerships and ensure results are achieved.
Technical Deep Dives
You will maintain an understanding of the product's technical aspects, including how partner data models and integration requirements impact our platform.
Requirements
Partnership Experience: 3+ years of building partnerships with external parties from scratch and managing a book of partners (ideally ~50 partners).
Healthcare Domain: 3+ years of experience within the healthcare space; specific experience in healthcare interoperability is a significant bonus.
Contract Management: Proven track record of negotiating and managing complex contracts and vendor SLAs.
Problem Solving: Ability to work through hard problems with many constraints, using sound judgment to assess risks and lay out arguments in well-structured, data-informed narratives.
Autonomy: Comfortable taking an ambiguous objective, breaking it down to ensure alignment, identifying the most efficient way to accomplish it, and executing.
Location
Based in San Francisco (or willing to relocate) to work from our South Beach office.
