About the role
Silna Health is focused on improving a flawed healthcare system by addressing the fragmented and incompatible systems that affect prior authorizations, eligibility verification, and benefit checks. Our goal is to streamline these processes, reducing decision times from days to minutes, ensuring patients receive care promptly. We operate across various sectors including behavioral health, physical health, ambulatory care, and post-acute care. Our mission is to prevent delays or denials in patient access to care.
We are backed by Accel and Bain Capital Ventures and are rapidly scaling. This role is part of our strategy to grow into an industry infrastructure player.
What You Will Do
- Source, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities across EHR platforms, RCM companies, referral and intake networks, and other healthcare technology vendors.
- Own the entire partnership lifecycle from initial contact to signed agreements and measurable revenue, ensuring outcomes rather than just activity.
- Develop a comprehensive partnerships playbook, testing hypotheses and codifying successful strategies into scalable processes.
- Collaborate with sales to leverage existing customer relationships and introduce potential partners.
- Work cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to define partnership needs and ensure Silna can deliver on its offerings.
- Build the necessary infrastructure (pipeline tracking, attribution, performance reporting) to turn partnerships into a reliable revenue stream.
- Represent Silna at industry events and conferences, focusing on investments that drive growth and impact.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales roles, or equivalent experience as a former founder.
- Experience building partnerships at startups or rapidly growing companies, without relying on brand recognition or established programs.
- A track record of generating pipelines, closing deals, and driving revenue through partnerships.
- Ability to analyze multiple partnership profiles and make informed decisions on prioritization.
- Familiarity with healthcare, insurance, or regulated industries, though not required if you can quickly learn the domain.
- Strong executive presence and professional polish, capable of interacting with C-suite operators, practice owners, and platform executives.

- Experience primarily at large enterprises where distribution, brand, and an existing playbook handle much of the heavy lifting.
- Need for a partner marketing team, partner operations team, or solutions engineering support.
- Focus on non-revenue partnerships like co-marketing or brand collaborations.
- Comfort managing existing partner relationships rather than building new ones from scratch.
Compensation Range
$140K - $210K
