About the role

This role is for a founding Head of Partnerships at Hedge. The position involves creating strategic alliances that expand distribution, capabilities, and reach.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and prioritize Hedge's partnership strategy
  • Source, negotiate, launch, and grow agency-network and association partnerships
  • Create technology, data, distribution, and program alliances that deliver clear customer value
  • Build partner economics, launch plans, success metrics, and governance
  • Cook up a repeatable pipeline and operating cadence, not just a collection of logos

What Success Looks Like

  • By day 30: Map the partner landscape and define a ranked strategy
  • By day 60: Advance a focused pipeline with clear value propositions and economics
  • By day 90: Launch or materially advance the first high-value partnership
  • In 12 months: Create a portfolio of partnerships that produce measurable distribution, product, or data advantage

You are a senior relationship builder who can also structure deals and drive implementation. You distinguish partnership theater from operating leverage and are comfortable being accountable for results after the agreement is signed.

Work Model
