About the role

The role is a founding GTM position in the US for a tier-one VC-backed AI operating partner for business-critical legal work.

Responsibilities

• Activate your elite network of GCs and C-suite executives to turn founder-sourced momentum into a repeatable book of revenue.
• Execute a high-touch, relationship-driven sales motion through in-person meetings, dinners, and strategic networking with C-suite stakeholders and legal heads.
• Define and hire the US GTM team once revenue targets are met, transitioning from a personal closer to a senior commercial leader.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a General Counsel, Head of Legal, or first legal hire at a venture-backed or private equity-backed company.
• Proven ability to navigate complex enterprise deals and persuade senior stakeholders to commit to transformative new technologies and operational models.
• An immediately activatable peer network of legal leaders and C-suite executives who view you as a trusted colleague and will take your call today.

Qualifications

• Exceptional compensation package including a $400,000 OTE and meaningful equity in a fast-growing, tier-one VC-backed startup at the frontier of legal AI.
• High-autonomy founding role where you will personally close enterprise deals before scaling and leading the entire US GTM organization.
