Founding GTM Operations

About the role
This is a high-ownership, high-leverage seat. As Bridge's first dedicated GTM Ops hire, you'll own and level up the go-to-market operating system we already run on: sharpening HubSpot as a clean backbone, wiring the full stack — Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management — into one source of truth, automating the manual work that slows things down, building a repeatable outbound engine, and standing up the enablement layer that puts deal-level answers at reps' fingertips. The through-line is simple: help our sellers and account managers sell confidently and autonomously. You'll partner directly with the Head of Growth with a mandate to grow revenue without adding headcount.
Responsibilities
- Own and level up the GTM tech stack. Start with a full audit of the current stack, covering tools, data flows, and gaps, in your first 30 days, then re-architect HubSpot with clean pipeline stages, properties, and required fields.
- Free up selling time and increase revenue per seller. Baseline how reps and AMs actually spend their time and inventory the manual work slowing them down, then automate the highest-impact workflows, like activity logging, enrichment, and follow-up triggers.
- Power outbound pipeline generation. Build a repeatable outbound process and deliver prioritized, high-quality lead lists that sellers actually trust, centralizing and enriching account signals, like firmographic, intent, and engagement data, to fuel targeting and "why now" context.
- Build enablement and deal self-service. Document and systematize the overall deal process so reps can self-serve answers on what we can support and sell compliantly, or route quickly to the right SME, measurably reducing the time senior team members spend fielding deal questions.
- Deliver analytics, insights, and decision support. Core GTM dashboards, covering pipeline, conversion, deal risk, rep capacity, forecast, and outbound performance, go live, backed by a weekly and monthly reporting cadence with the Head of Growth. Forecast accuracy and data-hygiene standards meet agreed thresholds, with self-serve reporting enabled for GTM leaders.
- Build for future scale. Put in place a scalable, documented systems architecture with clear ownership, a roadmap for owning marketing systems and demand-gen infrastructure next, and a decision-ready recommendation on GTM ops resourcing and tooling going forward.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years in Revenue, GTM, or Sales Ops at early-stage startups. You have the RevOps background, but you think like an engineer and you're allergic to bureaucracy.
- Deeply hands-on in HubSpot. You've architected it, not just administered it.
- Highly analytical and able to self-serve on data. You don't wait on someone else to pull a report.
- Use automation and applied AI as practical tools; genuinely excited about what they unlock for a GTM team, and you know how to actually ship them.
- A senior generalist and builder. You're comfortable owning and leveling up an existing system in ambiguity, without a playbook handed to you.
- Care that reps sell the right, supportable, compliant thing, not just that they sell.
- Opinionated but collaborative. You'll push back, and you'll bring people along.
- Not a CRM admin, ticket-taker, sales manager, or big-company operator. You measure yourself by the team's productivity, not by tickets closed.
