About the role

This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco. We do not offer hybrid or remote positions.

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound pipeline generation from 0 → 1 — from ICP to first conversation
  • Build and own our GTM tech stack from scratch — enrichment, sequencing, CRM, automation
  • Engineer data and research pipelines (Clay, scrapers, enrichment, AI workflows) that feed personalized outreach at scale
  • Source and engage founders, CMOs, CROs, and GTM leaders
  • Craft messaging that gets responses — not generic templates
  • Run high-volume, high-quality multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls)
  • Use AI tools to move faster — better research, better outreach, better follow-up
  • Treat outbound as a system to build and improve, not a quota to grind

Requirements

  • Exceptional at outbound — or obsessed with getting great at it
  • Thinks like a builder — automates and systematizes instead of doing things manually
  • Hands-on (or hungry to get hands-on) with modern GTM tooling — Clay, enrichment tools, scrapers, sequencers, AI
  • Comfortable with data — can source, structure, and clean it for sharp targeting
  • AI-native — uses tools to work smarter and the output reflects it
  • Understands the GTM buyer deeply — founders, CMOs, CROs, revenue leaders
  • Writes and communicates well — your outreach doesn't sound like everyone else's
