About the role

Osmind is hiring two Founding Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build out the company's outbound sales strategy. This role is part of a newly formed team that will develop the initial approach and workflows for reaching out to clinics treating patients with depression resistant to conventional care. The BDRs will focus on clinics using interventional therapies like ketamine, Spravato, and TMS.

Responsibilities

  • Own a list of target clinics, understanding their offerings, operations, and decision-makers.
  • Research each account before reaching out, crafting personalized first sentences about their challenges.
  • Spend significant time on the phone, handling real-time conversations that drive progress.
  • Respond quickly to clinic interest, whether via email, phone, or visits to the website.
  • Qualify leads honestly and verify information provided.
  • Route each clinic to the appropriate offering, helping some manage the business side while others prefer the software alone.
  • Manage your outbound workflow in Unify, enriching and sequencing contacts as needed.
  • Help write the playbook for this new role, contributing to the evolving strategies and approaches.
  • Write clear and persuasive emails, focusing on the first two lines to capture attention.
  • Be coachable and open to feedback from the Director of Sales.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have ownership, comfort in initiating conversations, and a strong grasp of business operations. They should be AI-first, able to leverage Unify's tools effectively, and willing to adapt and learn as the role evolves.

Qualifications

No prior BDR experience is required. We are looking for candidates with grit and creativity, especially in healthcare, medical billing, or clinic experience. Exposure to mental health care is a plus.

Skills

Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or clinic work is beneficial. Strong communication skills, ability to write persuasively, and comfort with AI tools are essential.

Benefits

Comprehensive benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, generous family leave, FSA/DCFSA, mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan, and flexible paid time off. An equity package is also offered.

Pay

$70,274 - $81,900 annually, with a reasonable national salary range of $70,274 to $81,900, plus an equity package for eligible employees.

Schedule

Flexible schedule, with the expectation that you will be active in Unify daily from day one.
