About the role
The role is for a Founding Account Executive at Grw AI, a San Francisco-based startup backed by NextView Ventures and Precursor Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end conversion of Grw AI’s PLG motion and build the outbound sales playbook.
- Partner with the Co-CEO to drive revenue by targeting SMB sales leaders.
- Shape the product roadmap with customer insights.
- Establish a high-performance sales culture.
Requirements
- Carries and consistently hits a SaaS sales quota selling to SMB customers.
- Thrives in fast-cycle environments with small buying committees.
- Possesses elite outbound hunting skills and fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Clay.
- Demonstrates high agency and pre-Series A experience, capable of shaping sales processes and fixing CRM hygiene.
Qualifications
- Has experience with modern AI-assisted prospecting tools like Clay and LinkedIn.
- Collaborates with Product and CX leads to provide critical feedback loop.
Skills
- Outbound hunting skills.
- Fluency with AI tools.
- Experience with AI-native stack.
