Job Description
- Own the end-to-end top-of-funnel strategy, experimenting across content, signal-driven outbound, AEO, and paid channels to find scalable GTM fit.
- Partner with the AE and CX leads to optimize the sales-assisted PLG funnel, moving users from free trials to paid conversions through trigger-based plays.
- Build the measurement infrastructure, including attribution and SQL-based tracking, to ensure every experiment is data-backed and provides clear signals for scaling.
Why this role is remarkable
- You will be the first growth hire at a company with proven PMF, record engagement, and backing from elite investors like NextView and Switch Ventures.
- The role offers significant founding-employee equity (up to 1.0%) and the chance to define the growth playbook for a category-defining AI sales product.
- You will work directly with founders who bring elite technical pedigree from Cambridge and over a decade of GTM leadership experience in the SF ecosystem.
