About the role
The role is for a Founding Account Executive at Grw AI, a San Francisco-based startup backed by NextView Ventures and Precursor Ventures.
Responsibilities
- Own the trial-to-paid conversion for engaged PLG users and qualify inbound demo requests to drive immediate revenue growth.
- Build and execute a high-volume outbound hunting motion targeting SMB sales leaders using modern AI-assisted prospecting tools like Clay and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with Product and CX leads to provide critical feedback loop that shapes the roadmap, pricing strategy, and trial experience.
Requirements
- Carries and consistently hits a SaaS sales quota selling to SMB customers, thriving in fast-cycle environments with small buying committees.
- Possesses elite outbound hunting skills and fluency with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Clay to personally generate and manage pipeline.
- Demonstrates high agency and pre-Series A experience, capable of shaping sales processes and fixing CRM hygiene without being handed a playbook.
Qualifications
- Has significant founding-team equity (up to 1.0%) and the opportunity to write the company's first sales playbook.
- Works directly with founders holding 14+ years of GTM leadership and Cambridge ML backgrounds, backed by top-tier investors like NextView and Precursor Ventures.
- Sells a product with record engagement that solves a universal pain point—automated operational systems for sales teams—using a cutting-edge AI-native stack.
