Ford Service Writer

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Service Drive to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Ownership of the customer’s experience by handling additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in person, to prevent customer mishandling.
• Distribution of work between technicians to efficiently serve customers.
