What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of automotive retail management experience.
- A proven track record with a manufacturer, specifically within the Ford brand.
- A natural-born leader with a drive for excellence and team success.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting customer relationships.

About the Role
Classic Ford Lincoln of Columbia, a part of the Mills Automotive Group, is seeking a highly motivated Ford Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This is a full-time position based in Columbia, SC.
