ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participates with pricing, delivery, special quote information, and basic product recommendations from phone or email inquiries.
- Applies solutions to a customer’s requirement through existing products, modified products, or helps apply the capabilities of the organization to create new ones.
- Covers correspondence with key customers on order status.
- Works with the Sales Department to target customers and opportunities.
- Provides presentations to customers about the company, technology, products, capabilities, and potential solutions.
- Drive updates to quote and contract review to speed turnaround and increase margin.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Must be able to effectively read, write and communicate in English.
- MS Office familiarity is a must.
- Strong Math and Writing skills are preferred.
- Must be a motivated and detail-oriented individual, eager to learn and work with others.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
- Experience with hermetic microelectronic packaging a huge plus (GTMS and HTCC).
- Degree in Material Science, Ceramics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing and understanding processing of materials a plus.
- Knowledge of microelectronic assembly processes a plus.
