Foodservice Worker (Part-time)

About the role

Performs routine foodservice tasks, including portioning, serving, cleaning, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. Ensures adherence to service standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation, packaging, and delivery tasks.
• Clean and sanitize food service areas as directed.
• Monitor and record temperatures of food and storage areas.
• Handle food trays, store supplies, and measure ingredients as needed.
• Receive, store, and manage food supplies and utensils.
• Read and interpret meal tickets, verify patient identifiers, labels, and recipes.
• May handle cash transactions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Prior experience in food preparation, serving, cleaning, or customer service (preferred).
• Ability to work in a clinical environment, follow policies, and maintain professionalism.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
