About the role

The Food Service Worker assists with food and meal preparation, maintains sanitation and safety standards, and manages meal records and cash receipts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and ensure proper storage
• Serve meals and supervise food temperatures
• Clean kitchen equipment and areas
• Follow food safety regulations and adhere to uniform policies
• Coordinate daily with the manager to plan menus
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and extended standing
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

Requirements

• Food Service Certificate (if needed)
• Basic literacy
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Willingness to develop new skills and maintain high standards
