Food Server- Casual Dining- Full Time

Job Description Provides customer service to guests in a professional & courteous manner by accurately handling cash transactions and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Greet guests, take orders, and deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally Monitor guest needs and respond quickly to requests or concerns Handle cash transactions accurately according to company procedures Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, workstations, and storage areas Complete side work and restock supplies as needed Follow company policies, attendance standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Experience with cash handling and POS systems Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to interact professionally and build rapport with guests Bartending experience preferred Must be at least 21 years old Ability to work flexible schedules, including any shift/day Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Ability to stand, walk, and work in high-temperature environments for extended periods Lift up to 50 pounds and perform bending, pulling, and carrying tasks Work in environments with noise, bright lights, smoke, and dust Adequate manual dexterity and communication skills (reading, writing, speaking English)
