About the role

Food Service Worker responsible for preparing, portioning, and maintaining food items in accordance with recipes and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Use standard recipes and prep lists
• Follow food handling procedures
• Manage food rotation and label leftovers
• Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment
• Maintain a safe, sanitary environment

Qualifications

• Preferred minimum one year of food service or prep experience
• Knowledge of food safety, knife handling, and sanitation
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Skills

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to wear PPE or uniforms as required

Pay

$18.50 per hour
