What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with restaurant and banquet staff set-ups, changes and time schedules for all functions and restaurant operation
• Check room set-up to see that Banquet Event Order directions are completely followed
• Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean
• Ensure the restaurant is properly set for meal services; coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure buffet is set/stocked properly
• Operate as a restaurant/banquet server when needed; setting up, greeting and serving the guest, and breaking down the function
• Inspect restaurant/banquet areas at the end of the function to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean

Where You’ve Been

• A high school diploma
• At least two years working in a supervisory capacity with experience in restaurant and banquet operations
• Previous hotel experience is highly desired

When You’re Here

• You’ll be on your feet a lot
• Occasions when you may be carrying/lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending/twisting, climbing stairs and working on slippery floors
• Must be able to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends and holidays
