Food & Beverage Supervisor - Hospitality

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts
• Train new employees on restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and safety guidelines
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members to maintain service quality and performance
• Aid with employee scheduling and shift coverage
• Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and high-quality service
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
• Maintain a welcoming and positive dining environment
• Coordinate staff activities during busy service periods
• Affirm compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Aid with inventory tracking and ordering supplies as needed
• Monitor food and beverage stock levels
• Handle cash management responsibilities including register oversight and end-of-shift reconciliation when required
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and service standards are consistently met
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and workspaces
• Follow all food safety guidelines and company policies

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• One to three years of restaurant or hospitality experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Dependable, punctual, impeccable attendance record
• Accurate, attention to detail, service-oriented strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
• Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 25-50 pounds occasionally
• To work a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as required
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
