About the role

The Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations including menu preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
  • Manage staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry practices and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Valid food handler’s license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
