About the role
The Hotel Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations within the hotel, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily food and beverage operations including menu preparation, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines.
- Manage staff performance and conduct regular training sessions.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall hotel operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food and beverage management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry practices and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Valid food handler’s license.
