Food & Beverage Supervisor - Courtyard by Marriott
About the Role
Midas Hospitality is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to oversee the Bistro and all other food and beverage outlets within the Courtyard by Marriott in Fort Collins, CO.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach, and counsel employees.
- Conduct performance reviews, recommend discipline, and termination.
- Follow all brand standards and programs while managing the operations of the Food and Beverage department to ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
- Forecast, implement, monitor, control, and report on the various outlet budgets and their components to maximize revenue and minimize expenses while ensuring adequate supplies and staff are on hand to provide top-quality customer service.
- Respond to customer trends, needs, issues, comments, and problems to ensure a quality experience.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience in the Food and Beverage industry.
- Two years of hotel experience.
