About the role

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our exceptional team of dedicated associates. This role involves overseeing the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets, supervising staff, and ensuring high-quality food and beverage service.

Responsibilities

  • Completely direct the operational efforts and strategies of all kitchen outlets.
  • Supervise the entire kitchen staff, including restaurant, lounge, banquet, and utility and sanitation associates.
  • Aid and counsel for all kitchen and restaurant associates.
  • Train all associates in the kitchen on job duties, including proper seasoning, food production techniques, plate presentation, display work, cleaning, and sanitation.
  • Write and present disciplinary action as needed.
  • Provide associates with necessary tools and equipment.
  • Take immediate action on problems encountered in the kitchen or restaurant.
  • Participate in weekly staff meetings, BEO meetings, food and beverage meetings, and monthly kitchen inventory.
  • Ensure all food served is of high quality, prepared according to recipes, and expedited efficiently.
  • Be passionate about contributing to all areas of food service and assisting in other hotel operations as needed.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must have experience in a supervisory position within full-service restaurants, knowledge of beverage costs and service sequences, and micros experience is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
