Food and Beverage Supervisor - Courtyard Lexington South

Introduction: We are seeking a reliable and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operation of our Bistro and Bistro Bar Operations. The employee will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation of the bistro and bistro bar, including leading a team of employeesEnsure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining a clean and organized area and adhering to food safety protocolsProvide excellent customer service, including assisting guests with questions and needs and handling complaints and concernsMonitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking as neededComplete daily financial and operational tasks, such as reconciling the register and completing shift reportsOversee banquet and catering operations and day-of success Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage role, or in a related leadership roleStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to multitask and handle a high-volume workloadProficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systemsRequirement to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
