About the role

Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must have prior supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Schedule

Full and part time shifts are based on operational needs. There may be periods when work is not required (such as winter and summer breaks) and deemed a temporary layoff. However, depending on business needs, you may be required to work year-round, potentially at a different location during break periods.
