FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: University of Minnesota, 515 Delaware Street Southeast, Minneapolis, MN 55455 (multiple locations).

Pay

$25.00 – $28.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

• Monitors food service operation to ensure production of top-quality products and service
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste
• Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized
• Monitors marketing, confirming signage is current and appropriate
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations
• Performs other duties as assigned

This position may require Florida Level 2 background screening. Note: during academic breaks (e.g., winter/summer), work may decline or cease, potentially resulting in unpaid temporary layoff. Year-round work may be required, possibly at a different location.
