FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: University of Evansville, 1800 Lincoln Avenue, Evansville, IN 47722. Online applications accepted only.

Schedule

Full time schedule; Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with some weekends and evenings based on demands.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Monitors marketing, confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience in food service is required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Pay

$18.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.
