Job Summary

Maintains high quality food service operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
  • Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
  • Maintains marketing by confirming current and appropriate signage.
  • Enforces policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
