FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
Job Summary
Makes sure the food service operation produces high-quality products and excellent service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages inventory to keep costs low and waste minimal.
- Ensures staff is working efficiently, meets quality standards, and keeps the area clean and organized.
- Maintains marketing materials to ensure they are current and appropriate.
- Enforces company and client policies to meet expectations.
- Performs other tasks as directed.
