FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)
Job Summary
Maintains the food service operation to ensure top quality products and service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
- Ensures staff is on task, quality assurance standards are met, and the operation is clean and organized.
- Markseting monitoring, ensuring current and appropriate signage.
- Upholds policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and client expectations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
