FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR (PART TIME)

About the role

Fresh Ideas is seeking a part-time FOH LEAD SUPERVISOR to join our team at Emporia State University. The position is available immediately and can be applied for online. The schedule is flexible, typically from Tuesday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 9:00 pm, and Saturday, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the food service operation to ensure production of top quality products and service.
• Performs inventory management to maintain high valuation and minimal waste.
• Ensures that staff is on task, quality assurance standards are being met, and the operation is clean and organized.
• Maintains marketing by confirming that signage is current and appropriate.
• Upholds policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with company and client expectations.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour to $18.00 per hour.
