Floor Care Lead
About the role
The Floor Care Lead will be responsible for coordinating activities within the Floor Care Program. The individual will inspect and audit areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform duties of employees within the program assigned
- Train and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate and monitor work activities
- Written reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly
- Perform quality, service, and safety inspections
- Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair
- Track supplies inventory and maintain
- Maintain records, i.e. training, inspections, attendance and metric data
Qualifications

- Education and/or Experience: No education requirement 6 mo-1 year experience preferred: or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification. May be required to be forklift certified
Skills
Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use

Pay
Sunday-Thursday 7:00pm-3:30am $19.50 - $20 per hour
