Floating Community Sales Director
About the role
The Floating Community Sales Director at Brightview Senior Living supports a portfolio of communities by promoting Brightview as the senior housing choice in the market. This role is often the first point of contact for future residents and families, conveying Brightview’s vision, mission, and vibrancy. The position involves providing coverage and support to assigned communities for a minimum of 30 days per community, including sales, lead management, events, and outreach to meet occupancy goals and maintain a solid pipeline.
Travel to communities throughout Northern NJ is required. Current communities include:
- East Brunswick
- Joy's Farm
- Paramus
- Randolph
- Tenafly
- Warren
- Wayne
Additional communities may be added due to new openings.
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage and support to assigned communities for a minimum of 30 days per community.
- Participate in sales, lead management, events, and outreach activities to meet occupancy goals.
- Build personal relationships with seniors and families considering a move to Independent, Assisted Living, or Memory Care.
- Educate the general community about Brightview’s services.
- Travel to communities throughout the state as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Previous senior living sales experience.
- Ability to travel within the assigned region.
- Experience with a lead-based sales platform or Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Customer-oriented focus on older adults.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and energy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Pay
Salary Range: USD $110,000.00 – USD $130,000.00 per year. The range reflects base pay and does not include bonuses or additional incentives. Offers consider experience, qualifications, location, community size, certifications, and other relevant factors. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
