Role Overview
This Float Pool Registered Nurse position provides high-quality, patient-centered care in both Acute Care and Emergency Department settings. The RN collaborates with medical teams, advocates for patients and families, and utilizes nursing models like "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage" to ensure excellent clinical outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver compassionate care tailored to patient needs
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement care plans
- Serve as a patient advocate and model organizational values
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of one year RN experience, preferably in ER or hospital settings
- Associates Degree in Nursing required; Master's preferred
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina; eNLC license may apply
- Certifications in BLS, ALCS, PALS, and CPI required
