Float Pool Registered Nurse

About the role

Provide and coordinate patient care through assessments, care planning, medication administration, documentation, education, equipment maintenance, and effective communication with multidisciplinary teams. Perform patient rounding to enhance satisfaction and quality, demonstrate knowledge of human development and treatment across different age groups, and promote customer service initiatives. Utilize nursing processes to meet individual patient needs and perform technical skills and procedures effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year med/surg experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school
• Current licensure by a recognized Board of Nursing
• Current BLS certification
• Commitment to obtain Med-Surg certification within one year of hire
